When you request a report we collect your name, work email, optional phone number, practice name, city and state, the service you want checked, and optionally your website address. We also receive basic technical data (such as IP address) from our hosting provider.
We use your details to prepare and send your report, and to contact you by email or phone about it. We do not use your details for automated decision-making and we do not sell them.
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in following up on a report you requested. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Service providers that help us run the service, such as website hosting (Vercel) and email delivery. They process data only on our instructions. Data may be processed outside the UK and US under appropriate safeguards.
For up to 12 months after your request, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to contact, by emailing us. UK and EU residents may also complain to their data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete; we do not sell personal information.
Reply "stop" to any email or email us and we will stop contacting you.
